  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • RCM Jobs is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

3. Service Provided

  • For Job Seekers: Profile creation, resume uploads, job applications, and career resources.
  • For Employers: Job postings, candidate search, and recruiter communication tools.
  • RCM Jobs acts only as a platform to connect job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to post false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Employers must ensure job postings comply with applicable labor laws.
  • Job seekers must provide truthful information in resumes and applications.
  • You may not use RCM Jobs for unlawful, fraudulent, or discriminatory purposes.

5. Contact Ownership

  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload (resumes, job postings, company profiles).
  • By uploading content, you grant RCM Jobs a non-exclusive license to display and share it within the platform.
  • RCM Jobs reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy

  • Your use of RCM Jobs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Payment

  • Certain premium services may require payment (e.g., featured job postings, advanced candidate search).
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Employers are responsible for ensuring timely payment for services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • RCM Jobs is not responsible for the accuracy of job postings or resumes.
  • We do not endorse any employer or candidate.
  • RCM Jobs is not liable for employment decisions, disputes, or damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • Termination does not affect obligations related to payments or legal compliance.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, design, and branding of RCM Jobs are owned by us and protected by copyright/trademark laws.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify our platform without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai.

12. Changes to terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of RCM Jobs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
